We never mark up pass-through costs. If Amazon charges €5,000, you pay €5,000.

Choosing the right plan is important, and we're here to answer your questions.
What's the minimum commitment?
We ask for a 3-month initial commitment to give strategies time to show results. After that, agreements are month-to-month with 30 days notice.
Why is there a range within each tier?
The range reflects complexity: number of SKUs, number of markets, advertising budget, and content requirements. We'll provide a specific quote after understanding your situation.
What's the onboarding fee for?
Onboarding covers initial setup: account audits, strategy development, listing optimization, advertising structure, and integration. It's the foundation that makes ongoing management effective.
Can I start with Launch and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with Launch to prove European viability, then upgrade to Growth or Scale as revenue grows. We make transitions seamless.
Do you offer discounts for annual commitments?
Yes. Annual commitments receive a 10% discount on monthly fees. Ask about this during your consultation.
What if I only need one specific service?
We occasionally take on project work (Brand Store builds, content overhauls, etc.) outside of our retainer tiers. Let us know what you need and we'll advise on the best approach.
How do I know which tier is right for me?
Book a consultation. We'll assess your current situation, goals, and budget, then recommend the tier that makes sense. We'd rather turn away business than put you in the wrong tier.
